Cast iron banks, building banks, advertising banks, pottery banks, glass banks, pocket banks, registering banks, do you collect or have an interest in any of these or other bank varieties? If so please read on. The SBCCA, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1966. Our membership of nearly 500 includes collectors from the United States, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Australia and England. This active organization of members works together constantly expanding the availability and knowledge of still banks.

The objectives of the organization are to stimulate the knowledge of, interest in and the collection of antique and contemporary still banks, and to assist members in adding to and enhancing the value of their collections of banks. This site is unable to respond directly to individual requests for valuations, general information or research.  The SBCCA offers these resources freely to members via the online members web and a magazine three times a year. In addition, a yearly convention provides lectures from expert collectors, home visits, buy & sell and a variety of other activities designed to promote the hobby of bank collecting.

For a limited time get a free copy of the club's publication Pocket Banks written by Bob and Shirley Peirce.  This $25.00 value book is yours free just for becoming a new member.**  And after joining you can purchase other books the club has also published, like the new Building Bank Book.  If you like building banks, this is a must have.  This book retails for $75.00 shipping included.
